Brass Construction's unique take on jazz, funk, and even disco (which would come to full fruition with vocalist Randy Muller's project, Skyy) are revisited on The Best of Brass Construction: Movin' & Changin'. All of the hits are included, with some lesser-known early career tracks thrown in for a fair sense of historical perspective. While these earlier tracks are somewhat of a nuisance to trudge through (especially as there are a few obscure earlier numbers that could have been equally effective on the compilation), they are pardoned by hearing their signature anthems in their full remastered glory.
