The New York-based Kenny Vance has sung in vocal harmony groups for decades, and keeps the doo-wop fires burning in a way that is both respectful of the past but fresh-sounding. This 2007 release finds him plying his sweet tenor along with his Planotones on creatively arranged vocal arrangements of rock chestnuts ("Louie Louie"), pop standards ("The Way You Look Tonight"), and a capella classics ("Twilight").
