One of the most celebrated American rock bands of the 1960s show off their fabled on-stage magic in this collection. The Doors In Concert features material recorded between 1968 and 1970, some of which previously appeared on the albums Absolutely Live, Alive, She Cried, and An American Prayer; the tapes were painstakingly re-mixed and re-edited by producer Paul A. Rothchild (who helped the group make their first five albums) to present the Doors at their very best on-stage. In Concert features live performances of the band's most celebrated songs, including "Light My Fire," "Break on Through," "The End," "When the Music's Over," "Love Me Two Times," "Five to One," "Soul Kitchen," and many more. ~ Mark Deming
