With LOVE IS MY RELIGION, Ziggy Marley continues down the musical path he began in the 1980s. Although no longer with the Melody Makers, Ziggy stays true to the sound he made with that band: a smooth, burbling tapestry of rhythm and melody that owes debts to his father's later albums and the Afropop of King Sunny Ade.
